We will miss you Steve

Thank You for all the years of
hard work and entertaining us in
the process.
I have always had a fascination with snakes
since I was young. I believe it started with
seeing cobras with that impressive hood
display. When I got older I wanted a pet snake
but my mother wouldn't allow it. Now I am a
reptile hobbyist and herpetoculturist.
The first year I owned a snake I saw a show on
the Discovery Channel with this excited
Australian that loved reptiles. I couldn't get
enough and at that time the majority of The
Crocodile Hunter shows were on Animal Planet.
As soon as we could my wife and I dropped our
cable company and got satellite TV. We loved
Steve's
message of conservation,
respect (don't muck with it), attitude and excitment. We watched the show get better and better
and expand to other animals than reptiles. Steve's clear respect for the animals and conservation
will be passed on to my children and I will enjoy using the shows as educational tools.

Wish You Were Still Here Mate,
Jason Patterson
The Patterson family would like to give our deepest condolences to the Irwin family
and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Steve will be deeply missed by
our family especially with our strong love for reptiles. The shows will continue to make
us feel the moment, make us laugh and make us cry. Crocs Still Rule!!!!
