Methods of Payment
Paypal or Credit Card
Credit card payments are made via Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay with a credit
card.
I also accept Postal Money Orders. Postal Money order must be sent via USPS Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation. When sending anything via Priority Mail, you must ask for Delivery
Confirmation to get a tracking number. A tracking number is required within 24 hours, so that I know
you have mailed a payment.
Animals are not considered sold until full payment has been made - No exceptions
Shipping
Extreme Weather (Important)
I will not ship an animal if the temperature in either city (yours or mine) exceeds 90 degrees or is
below 30 degrees. No exceptions.
Shipping is done carefully via FEDEX Next Day. I generally ship animals on Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wedensdays but can work around your schedule if needed.
Guarantees
Live Arrival
I offer a live arrival guarantee when temperatures are between 30-90 degrees and ONLY when
someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery. Should an animal arrive expired, you
must notify me within 12 hours of receipt. If I do not hear from you within 12 hours of delivery, I will
assume that the animal arrived live and that you are pleased with your purchase.
In the event that an animal arrives DOA, photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide
photographs, you will be required to send the expired animals back via next day shipping at your
expense. Animals that arrive DOA will be replaced or credit will be issued.
Health
I offer a 48 hour health guarantee on my reptiles. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours of the
receipt of your animal(s), I will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and
consider our transaction complete. Because I have no control of how you will keep your reptiles or
what your existing collection has been exposed to, I cannot offer a guarantee longer than 48 hours.
Sexing Policy
When an animal is sold as a male or female, I offer a 100% guarantee to that effect. I do, however
expect for you to double check the sex of the animal upon arrival. I must be notified within 48 hours if
it appears to be the wrong sex. If I have not heard from you within 48 hours, I will assume that you
have confirmed the sex of the animal.
